Shipping policy

At Modelier Timepieces, each watch is crafted with attention to detail and undergoes a strict quality-control process before leaving our facility. Below you will find our complete shipping policy, including processing times, delivery estimates, and important information for international shipments.


Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it enters our production workflow:

1. Supply & Component Allocation

We carefully source and allocate all components required for your watch.

2. Crafting & Assembly

Your timepiece is assembled with precision by our technical team.

3. Quality Testing

Every unit undergoes multiple checks, including:

  • movement accuracy
  • functionality testing
  • appearance inspection
  • packaging integrity

Only after passing all quality steps is your order approved for shipment.

Processing timeline:

2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

During peak seasons, processing may extend slightly due to increased order volume.


Shipping Times

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery times are as follows:

📍 Greece & European Union

Estimated delivery: 10–12 business days

🌍 International Shipping (outside EU)

Estimated delivery: 12–18 business days
Times may vary depending on customs clearance.

Please note:
These are estimates provided by the couriers. External factors (customs, weather conditions, logistics delays) may affect final delivery times.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

  • your tracking number
  • a link to the courier’s tracking page
  • your order summary

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, duties or customs fees imposed by your local government.

  • These charges are not included in our product price or shipping costs
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable fees
  • We cannot control or estimate these charges

If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees, the cost of return shipping and handling may be deducted from your refund.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts
  • courier delays outside our control

If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional fees may apply.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us immediately at support@modelierwatches.com.

We will assist you by opening an investigation with the courier and, if applicable, provide a replacement or solution.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.
After that timeframe, your order may already be in processing and cannot be altered.
