Modelier Timepieces is an independent watch business specialising in custom-built and modified timepieces.

Modelier Timepieces is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise officially connected with Seiko Watch Corporation, Seiko Group Corporation, Rolex SA, Omega SA, or any other third-party watch manufacturer or trademark owner, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Our watches are independently assembled by Modelier Timepieces and are not official factory-produced models of any third-party watch brand.

Use of Third-Party Movements and Components

Depending on the model, Modelier Timepieces may use movements and components manufactured by independent or third-party suppliers.

Certain Modelier watches use movements manufactured by TMI / Time Module, including calibres from the NH and VK families such as:

NH34, NH35, NH36, NH38, NH70, NH72, VK61, VK63 and VK64.

TMI / Time Module operates within the wider Seiko Group network and manufactures watch movements supplied to the global watch industry.

The use of a TMI movement or any other third-party component does not mean that the complete Modelier watch was manufactured, approved, authorised or endorsed by Seiko Watch Corporation or any other third-party brand.

The exact movement and principal specifications applicable to each watch are stated on the relevant product page.

Custom and Aftermarket Components

Modelier watches may contain a combination of:

• TMI or other third-party movements
• aftermarket cases
• dials
• hands
• bezels and bezel inserts
• crystals
• crowns
• bracelets or straps
• other compatible watch components

Components vary depending on the particular design and configuration.

Unless expressly identified otherwise on the relevant product page, customers should not assume that components are original factory components manufactured by the brand whose products may have inspired a particular design.

Trademarks and Brand Names

All third-party trademarks, company names, product names and logos referenced on this website remain the property of their respective owners.

References to third-party brands or movement manufacturers are made only where reasonably necessary for purposes such as:

• identifying the manufacturer or origin of a component
• describing movement compatibility
• explaining the style or configuration of a custom build
• providing accurate technical or product information

No reference to a third-party trademark should be interpreted as indicating a commercial partnership, licence, sponsorship, authorisation or endorsement of Modelier Timepieces.

Modelier Timepieces Are Independent Custom Builds

Products sold as Modelier custom-built or modified watches are independently assembled and quality-checked by Modelier Timepieces.

They should not be represented or understood as official Seiko®, Rolex®, Omega® or other manufacturer factory models merely because a movement, compatible component, design reference or third-party trademark is mentioned.

Where a product incorporates a component manufactured by a third party, that third party is responsible only for its own component and has not necessarily participated in the design, assembly, inspection, sale or warranty of the finished Modelier timepiece.

Modelier Timepieces is responsible for the products it sells in accordance with our applicable policies and mandatory consumer law.

Product Information

We aim to describe the origin and specifications of the components used in each watch as accurately as reasonably possible.

Because Modelier offers custom and modified configurations, specifications may differ between products.

Customers should therefore refer to the individual product page for the exact movement, materials, dimensions and features applicable to the watch they are purchasing.
