30-Day Return Policy
At Modelier Timepieces, we want you to be confident with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request an eligible return.
To qualify under our voluntary 30-day return policy, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.

Please do not send a product back without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns made because you have changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item, unless otherwise agreed by Modelier Timepieces.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@modelierwatches.com so that we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at support@modelierwatches.com and include your order number together with relevant photographs where applicable.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, refund, or other solution where applicable.
Your statutory consumer rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods are not affected by this policy.
Personalised and Custom Products
Products that have been engraved, personalised, or made specifically to your individual specifications may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where an applicable legal exception applies.
This does not affect your rights if the product is defective, damaged, or does not correspond to what was ordered.

If you would like a different product, please contact us first.
In most cases, the quickest way to receive another item is to return the eligible product you have and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
Our voluntary 30-day return policy is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
If you are a consumer in the European Union and your purchase qualifies under applicable consumer law, you have the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the goods, without having to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw within the applicable 14-day period by contacting support@modelierwatches.com.

If you use our online Withdrawal Form, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt electronically without undue delay.
After informing us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.
For a statutory change-of-mind withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.
You may inspect the product to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may, however, be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised, as provided by applicable law.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
For returns made under the statutory EU right of withdrawal, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law. This includes reimbursement of the standard delivery cost where required by law. Additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option are not required to be reimbursed.
Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
